Preview the Saturday Wars CCG with Print & Play sets. With these sets, you will print shonen decks of 35 cards and a story deck of 3 Chapters. Rather than playing the typical best of 5 Chapters, we recommend playing best of 3 with the winner claiming the first 2 Chapters to help you learn the game.

To master the telling of your own story, begin experimenting with different strategies by focusing on resource management and timing. One option to optimize the Purge-to-Play™ mechanic is to play cards with powerful abilities early, maximizing their effects. Another approach is building synergies between your Protagonists and Allies, ensuring strong progression through Chapters. Using Story Arcs with ongoing abilities can provide long-term advantages. Players can also try to bait your opponent into exhausting critical cards, then strike back during a challenge. Try balancing offensive and defensive play by managing Upgrades and Plot Twists helps maintain momentum while conserving resources.

Saturday Wars Collectible Card Game (CCG) is a fast paced collectible card game based on the fascinating world of Saturday AM’s most iconic titles. Immerse yourself in the Saturday AM multiverse, taking on the role of the Gwalliin gatekeepers to the stories and events of each series. Compete against your fellow gatekeepers as you tell your own story. Select your protagonist(s) from the full collection of diverse manga from Saturday AM. Plot Twists, Story Arcs, Upgrades, and Allies keep the game exciting with streamlined turns, to allow a complete game experience in under 25 minutes. Our new, innovative Purge-to-Play™ resource management game mechanic ensures each card in your deck is always playable.

The game is played over a series of rounds, called Chapters. Each Chapter consists of the Prologue, Actions phase, and Epilogue. During these phases players will play cards and activate card abilities in order to complete Chapters and claim victory. Playing cards causes players lose cards from the top of their deck, and once their deck has run out, their resources are depleted for the remainder of the game.

The game’s vibrant artwork captures the creativity from a diverse group of Saturday AM sponsored artists, with every card featuring the signature and name of the artist. A portion of every set is reserved for new artists to promote creativity amongst fans of the characters and the game.
